Common Name: Pectoral Sandpiper
Scientific Name: Calidris melanotos
Description: 8-9.5 inches; Yellowish green bill and legs; Upperparts mottled dark brown to black; belly white, breast heavily streaked.
Habitat: mud flaps; water edges of mainly fresh water ponds and swamps; grassy banks.
