Birds of Barbados is a social media initiative that aims to raise awareness and educate people about the beautiful birds of Barbados, both native and migratory, where and how to see them, the challenges they face, and the efforts to protect them.
Thank Edward and dfaulder for your comments.It is indeed the best place to view these birds because the pond is located it the middle of a village and the duck are accustomed to people. The photograph were taken as that same location dfaulder, near to Skeetes Bay in a village called Bayfield.
This is the best place in the world to see these birds well too!
ReplyDeleteI was able to see one there while stopped in Barbados on a cruise. Nearby Skeetes Bay is very scenic.
